Let's start with the essential of life and powerful tool to ease stress and improve clarity of thought
STEP 1
Choose a place to do your breathing exercise. It could be in your bed, your living room floor, a comfortable chair, or in beauty of nature.
STEP 2
Breath in through your nose. Let your lungs and belly fill with air. Breath our through your nose. Feel the air fill your body and slowly become one with it as you release.
STEP 3
While you do deep breathing, picture in your mind a word or phrase to help you feel more relaxed. Close your eyes and continue for 10 to 20 minutes.
